Common questions

Are the generated keys uploaded?
No. Keys are generated with your browser's own crypto and never leave your device.
Which key types can I generate?
RSA (2048/3072/4096), ECDSA (P-256/384/521) and Ed25519. You get the private key as PKCS#8 PEM and the public key as SPKI PEM and an OpenSSH line, with a SHA-256 fingerprint.
Where should I store the private key?
Save it somewhere safe and secret — a password manager or your operating system's key store. Never commit or share a private key.
